Important News: AVIX Connect Login Update
We’re always working on improving our products, software, and services. In one month we will upgrade our login system on AVIX Connect to a more secure one. Please find below information on exactly what’s happening and why.
What is happening
In August 2020, you might see some changes to the AVIX Connect environment. We’re updating our login page to allow for a more secure login. This is called ‘Cognito’ and it will improve the way data is handled during login. This new login method uses top-notch encryption to keep your data safe.
What does that mean for you?
To use the new service you’ll have to reset your password for your account on AVIX Connect. After the implementation of the new system on August 11th, please change your password by going to connect.avix.com/sign-in and press ‘Forgot your Password?’. You will get an email with instructions on how to set up a new password.
It is important that you use the same email address as you are currently using. That way any data will be automatically migrated to your new account.
Make sure to update your AVIX Connect app to the newest version too, after August 11th.
When will this happen?
On August 11th your current AVIX Connect account will be disabled. From that day onward, only your new login credentials will be valid.
